Computer Numeric Control (CNC): Mechlogic offers CNC machining for a broad range of applications, such as creation of tools for cast urethane parts and rapid tooling operations, engineering models and machined parts out of hard or soft standard materials, or engineered materials.

Urethane Resin Casting (URC): Mechlogic can help you use full urethane casting capability to quickly turn your designs into reality . Cast urethane resins offer material and textures compatible with higher volume injection molding without the expense and concern associated with hard tooling choices. As a result, low- to medium-volume production can be achieved at a fraction of the cost.

Rapid Prototyping (RP): Mechlogic can create 3D models of your product design directly from CAD files, dramatically reducing the time needed to develop actual working models, from weeks to days to even minutes. RP parts are used to verify form, fit and function, and to evaluate fixture design and tool choices before any expensive parts are manufactured. Our vendor partners specialize in Stereolithography (SLA) and Fused Deposition Models (FDM).
